Development Review Committee

The Development Review Committee is one of the first steps in the development review process. The Committee reviews commercial site plans, subdivision applications, and more and meets every Thursday at 9:00 a.m. in the 2nd Floor Conference Room at City Hall, 2345 Providence Blvd.

Members of the Committee are comprised of representatives from the City of Deltona's Fire Department, Planning & Development Services, Engineering, Water, Economic Development and Public Works Departments.
