Fee Schedules

Facility Rentals


Main Hall: Harris Saxon Community Center


$60 per hour (4 hour minimum)

Kitchen Rental: Available with Main Hall rentals only. (See Note)


Meeting Rooms: Wes Crile and Harris M. Saxon

50 and 55

$30 per hour

Gymnasium: Wes Crile


$35 per hour

Pavilion Rentals: 5 hour blocks (see note)


$35 per time slot or $70 for a full day (until sunset)

Security Deposits

A security deposit equal to the amount of the rental fee is required upon completion of reservation and when all keys and other materials are returned, the facility is found to be in a clean and undamaged condition, and all fixtures are returned to their original locations.

Grounds Rentals

Note: Often times our fields are under a facility-use agreement with our wonderful athletic league partners. Honoring our agreements will sometimes limit the availability for reservations, thank you for your understanding.

Fees listed are examples. Correct pricing will be determined once a special event permit application is submitted and reviewed by appropriate departments.

Note: Required at events over 3 hours long

Note 2: Determined on a case by case basis according to the nature of the event
Any event requiring more than 20 AMPS total power at 110 VOLTS must hire a licensed electrician at fee to be determined.
