Solid Waste

Residents may see three trucks on garbage day: An automated truck will pick up and dump contents of the Waste Pro toter and a rear loader will pick up additional cans and bulk items. All Materials meant for collection (household garbage, bulk or yard waste) must be at the curb by 6 am on the proper pick-up day and removed no later than 9 pm on collection day. Service is one day a week, Monday through Friday. Discover your collection day, by clicking on the maps on the menu located to the left on this page. Do not place bins or bulk items within three feet of objects such as mailboxes, parked vehicles, fire hydrants, trees or poles.

For qualifying residents, who are physically unable to place containers at the point of collection/curbside, please contact the City of Deltona Solid Waste Division at 386-878-8723 to request side door services.

To search for a Code Case established after July 16, 2019 use City of Deltona Self Service.
